My boys have the "ear infections/huge tonsil" genes.
Two weeks after Logan had his tonsils out, Colin had to get tubes in his ears.
Now all three boys are "tubed".
No more ear infections (at least until the tubes fall out).
The hardest part about a baby getting surgery is that they can't eat after a certain point and they aren't old enough to understand why.
I wasn't too worried, because Colin usually sleeps all night.
But he must've known something was going on because he woke up at 4 am and wouldn't go back to sleep. We didn't have to be to the surgical center till 7:15. We were relieved when his surgery was over and he got to have a bottle. He gulped it down so fast.
We definitely took a nap when we went home.

So behind...
...on blogging.
I honestly think about doing it every day.
I have my awesome sister Katie as a good example for blogging. She is so motivated to do it.
I will try harder.
By Small And Simple Things (The theme for the conference):
I had the opportunity to go to the BYU Women's Conference a couple of weeks ago.
This was my second year going.
It was an amazing experience.
You should definitely make the effort to go if you can.
I felt so spiritually uplifted the whole time and I came home wanting to be a better wife, mother, friend, and daughter of God.
And believe it or not... I still feel the same way 2 weeks later.
I took a ton of notes and I've enjoyed reading back through them and remembering what I learned.
I hope that I can be a better friend to you who read this and to anyone I may come in contact with.
Here are a few pictures from the fun weekend:
We took this picture in honor of Katie who couldn't come with us. We imagined you acting out this picture Katie. :)

E.B. was here
We had a wonderful Easter.
It gets more fun every year as the boys get older.
They had 2 Easter egg hunts and were spoiled by their grandparents.
The hardest part about holidays is making sure the kids understand the real reason for celebrating them.
Ethan was so excited for the Easter bunny to come. He was hoping that he could catch a glimpse of him and watch him "poop" out jelly beans (We went the the movie "HOP" a couple of weeks before).
On Easter Sunday I asked Ethan if he knew why we celebrated Easter. He told me no. I asked him if he wanted me to tell him. He told me no. Of course, I told him anyway.
Logan finding Easter eggs.
Colin and I after the egg hunt.
